Alongside all our fisheries related work, the Company aims to support early career individuals to build their knowledge, applied academic skills, capacity and industry connections within our project areas.
Our targeted programme provides co-funding for PhD and master’s projects, as well as supporting paid internships hosted by partner organisations that lack resources and internal capacity. All those sponsored by us are invited to join our Fisheries Alumni, growing a community of professionals with wide experience and skills in the fisheries world.
The Company also supports a variety of educational projects both in schools and communities.
