Bounce Back is a Charity and a Social Enterprise focused on the training and employment of people in and leaving prison, working on both the inside and out, they have a firm belief that everyone can change and deserves an opportunity to do so.
They started life as a small painting and decorating social enterprise in 2010, today Bounce Back has expanded to become a charity and social enterprise with three state of the art training centres in HMP Brixton and centres in 4 other prisons in London and one in Leeds.
We recognise the importance of employment as one of the key ways to prevent people going back to prison. Helping individuals get qualifications and then providing support into work gives them hope and a chance to see a brighter future. The grant from Fishmongers is invaluable in helping us achieve our aims and means people leave prison with the CSCS card ready for a job on release.

Bounce Back provides in-custody training programmes in painting and decorating, scaffolding and dry lining while the social enterprise builds teams of professional painters and decorators from participants who have passed through the charities training programmes.
The Companies Charitable Trust helps fund a caseworker who, as well as supporting individuals on release, has a remit to prepare Bounce Back participants to pass Health, Safety and Environment courses and to gain Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards, essential prerequisites for working on a live building site.
