Children from across the capital were able to discover a new world of music at London City Orchestra’s children’s concert on the 6th of July. From discovering the world of film music, to meeting the orchestra and trying their hand at conducting, the next generation of musicians and music lovers were able to get hands on at this event sponsored by the Company’s charitable trust. London City Orchestra have a long running relationship with the Company, using the Hall for rehearsals every other Monday, and the Company is proud to have sponsored this concert, exposing young people to the range of opportunities music can deliver and potentially discovering the next in line of our centuries long tradition of musical scholarships and conservatoires. Concert goers were also treated to lunch from the Company’s team of chefs.
